300 series stainless steel is the most widely used chrome-nickel stainless steel, as a kind of widely used steel, has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties; Stamping, bending and other hot processability is good, no heat treatment hardening phenomenon (non-magnetic). Corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, if it is an industrial atmosphere or heavily polluted area, it needs to be cleaned in time to avoid corrosion. Suitable for food processing, storage and transportation. It has good workability and weldability. Plate heat exchanger, bellows, household items (Type 1 and 2 tableware, cabinets, indoor pipelines, water heaters, boilers, bathtubs), automobile accessories (windshield wipers, mufflers, molding products), medical equipment, building materials, chemical, food industry, agriculture, Marine parts, etc.300 series stainless steel is an approved food grade stainless steel.
301
301 stainless steel is the most prone to cold deformation and strengthening in the traditional austenitic stainless steel. Its work hardening rate is very high, with the increase of cold processing amount, tensile strength and yield strength will be significantly increased. This is particularly important for work hardened reactor structural parts, including Angle and channel steels, which are expected to have additional strength and stiffness after manufacture. For deep stamping applications, on the other hand, lower work hardening rates are usually preferred.

304L
304L is a variant of the lower carbon 304 stainless steel for use in welding situations. The lower carbon content minimizes the carbide precipitation in the heat-affected zone near the weld, which may lead to intergranular corrosion (welding erosion) of stainless steel in some environments.

316
316 stainless steel is the quality of stainless steel obtained by adding molybdenum and more nickel to 304. Due to this content, grade 316 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance even under harsh conditions (seawater, acidic liquids, etc.). In addition, the ultimate strength of grade 316 stainless steel is much higher than that of grade 304.

316L
316L is ultra-low carbon, and L stands for low carbon, so the carbon content of 316L material is lower than that of 316 material. Secondly, corrosion resistance is different, 316L stainless steel grain boundary corrosion resistance is better, corrosion and rust prevention ability is also better. The strength of the two materials is also different. The strength of 316L material is lower than that of 316, which is convenient for processing.

310S
310S stainless steel is austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel with excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. Due to the high ratio of chromium to nickel, the creep strength is much better and it can be operated continuously at high temperature with good high temperature resistance. Due to the high content of nickel (Ni) and chromium (Cr), it has good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance and high temperature resistance. High temperature resistant steel tubes are specially used for manufacturing electric furnace tubes and other applications. After increasing the carbon content in austenitic stainless steel, the strength is improved due to its solid solution strengthening effect. The chemical composition of austenitic stainless steel is based on chromium and nickel with the addition of molybdenum, tungsten, niobium, titanium and other elements. Due to its face-centered cubic structure, it has high strength and creep strength at high temperatures. The melting point is 1470°C. The softening starts at 800°C and the allowable stress continues to decrease.
